I don't know, that's why I am asking? The 74 is the only car built with right hand park.

Although they are supposed to stay in a parked position, many wipers at speed will suddenly get picked up by the air current and placed right in front of your view. That is always startling regardless of how prepared you are for it to happen.

My car is an early 73 and I have already relocated them to a right hand park but there is always an explanation out there and I just can't recall ever having heard one?

Factory Pantera Gr-3 used for pro rally in all kinds of weather used optional 'snap-on wings' that kept this kind of movement from happening. They also keep the wiper blades from occasionally rising up around 150 mph & departing the car. Hall has/had the parts listed cheap. Wear in the Jaguar cable drive mechanism contributes and that is also fixable.
