A/C vents, 72-73

You could get them from Wilkinson, but they are kind of pricey at $83 each.

Just know that they are 1970 Thunderbird / Lincoln Continental parts. Might be able to find them used or on e-bay.

JP, behind each of the AC vents is a sort of square foam dougnut that guides air from the evaporator box thru a horribly mismatched opening in the dashboard to the actual vent. OEM ones have usually turned to dust by now. It's easy to replace if the dash is out, but its possible to do with the dash in place as well. It makes a measurable difference in cool air quality. You can make your own or most vendors have them available cheap.

Thanks, I will take a closer look at the foam. Also the A/C registers are not available new and I talked with Steve W. yesterday and he has been out of stock for quite a while..........even at $83 bucks each.
