When I bought my pantera 3 years ago, it came with an aluminum, dual filter aircleaner. I believe it is from Hall Pantera (page 68 of their catalog). They state that it is a K&N filter. I have consulted the K&N catalog, and can't find replacement filters in the correct dimensions (the closest, part E-3952 is still a .25" to long). Supposedly these are cleanable, but mine are in pretty bad shape, and I would like to replace them. I've called Hall Pantera, and they are unable to give me a part number. Does anyone use this set up and know the correct part number? Thanks for the help.

I just bought that air cleaner kit from Hall. The label is "Holley" I went out to the garage and looked to see if there was a part # on it and there is none visible. Mine is a brand new unit (hasn't been run on the car yet). Maybe a Holley catalog? If you find something please post it here

IF the aircleaner looks like a "Hammerhead Shark", then that is the B&M unit. I suspect B&M were recently bought by Holly.
K&N filters can be cleaned using their special soap (or something else ?) and re-oiled with their oil (or ?).
The turn the air takes (from the side then down) can be restrictive. You might get better flow adding a spacer between the carb and filter assembly. I suspect the stock engine cover no longer fits anyway.
Good Luck,
Chuck
Thanks for the help, guys. It was suggested to me that it might be a B&M Air cleaner, but their website had only torque converters, shift linkage, etc. I'll give them another try, along with Holley...

Okay, it is a Holley. They call it the Hi Tek air cleaner part # 64280. The replacement filters are part # 90633. Thanks again!
