Be aware that even though cut from solid aluminum plate stock the aluminum components are not as sturdy as the original steel units.

As far as the aluminum rear uprights go, there have been reported bearing issues associated with them.

Some say that has been corrected. Likely some of them are "old stock" machined 25 years ago.

Certainly Gary Hall would do that, i.e., make a bunch of them and just sell them until they were all gone.

I remember Hall with them 30 years ago. Who knows how fresh they are?

I would look to race Panteras to see what they run. Granted many may be limited to 1972 factory specifications and I have never heard of them on the Gp4 Factory race cars but I am not the Wikipedia of Pantera cars.
