Any idea of grey Pantera in the early 70's / 80's

Just silver. No grey on the US cars. Probably any color you want on a Euro car?

A little bit too late... We resprayed the car 2 years ago in grey based on a colour of 70's but the guy who will (hopefully) make the approval needs a photo or anything similar from this early time...
Anyway I like the colour and may he will accept this on trust, but this is a gamble...

Mine was/is grey. I have one picture from that time of it, but that of course is a B&W picture, and thus hard to see the car is grey...

In your Avatar your car looks to be a GT5-S so are you looking for 70's comparison or 80's?

I'll upload some photos, so this will become a photo thread, but no one usually complains about photos of Pantera's. The cars were likely not gray originally but the TUV officer doesn't need to know that!

Not sure if you are familiar with the German Historic regulations but to get a Historic license plate the TÜV Guy need some proof of the time the car has been registered. Depends on his mood if he will accept this without specific details like colour code or similar...

I remember seeing a couple of grey cars in Henry Rasmussen's book "Panteras for the Road." It would be very legitimate reference material for your regulator.

I'm looking for it in my book collection, standby....

Panteras for the Road, by Henry Rasmussen shows several grey cars from Germany and Switzerland. They list some of the owners' names and some VIN #s as well.
