any one have a square bore carb on the stock spread bore manifold? | The De Tomaso Forums

I just bought a new summit racing 750 carb and want to mount it on my spread bore stock intake? I have read on this forum and the 1971-1973 mustang forum . that some people think this is impossible do to the odd shape of the 351c spread bore shape. I don't what to have to buy a new manifold . has any one done this ,and if so how did you adapt the carb to fit?

note that the pattern is different from both the Rochester and the Carter spreadbores
