I think Olczyk indicates he only has the racing department doc's ??

You can try this guy, Rafaelle:

Raf Modena

I was in contact with him sometime ago and they had specific information about my euro car - info he could only have gotten from the DT archives. I think I read somewhere that only the archives for the euro cars still excisted - the US-exports files were appearently destroyed by ford ?

I sure would have liked the files for my car also, but he hasn't responded to my recent e-mails so who know what's up with their business.

They DO state on their site that they have "historical documentation" of DT cars though ??

Mr. Olczyk was kind enough to send me some info on my EURO GTS some time ago, and that I thank him for it greatly ... but would sure like the originals if the factory has them ... the car is mostly stock and it would be nice touch to have the import, invoice, and other docs he sent me copies of ... Again Thanks

That's apparently a false rumor. I personally saw the files on the US export cars at the DeTomaso factory in 2002-2003 or so. There was really very little info in the Ford era cars - color, engine number, serial number, etc. It was a single document for each car.

"special" cars, or cars serviced by DeTomaso, had much thicker files.

The later era Panteras also had a little more information, including purchaser's name, options, interior color and material, exterior color, etc.
