I have a front brake rotor that a buyer in Sweden wants to purchase. Mine is for the front and he needs a rear. Are the fronts and rears the same? Any help would be appreciated. Arnie

Not the same.
Everything except the diameter are the same on front and rear rotors. Front rotor is somewhat larger than the rear rotor.
I suppose it could be machined on a lathe to the correct diameter. I suggest you both take measurements to confirm exactly where you stand.

FWIW, don't think you can slightly increase stock braking by simply bolting on all rear brake rotors that are 0.4" OD larger than stock fronts. To take advantage of the larger OD of rear rotors when installed in front, the brake calipers must be shifted outboard so the pads actually touch the extra OD. This is not as simple as it might theoretically appear & is unlikely to be worth the effort with solid rotors.
