My Hall coil overs are getting a little long in the tooth +25 years.  They need to be either rebuilt (shocks have slight leak) or replaced.

They currently have 600 lbs springs in back and 400 in front, seems a little stiff for this weight of car.

What are your suggestions for spring rates and adjustable shocks?  Which vendors should I call on?

Wilkinson can also provide you with properly sprung QA1 coil overs setup for Pantera.  Included are machined hime joint adapters for our suspension.  They are on my 72 and fit well.  The ride hight is very adjustable.  The complete shock absorber assembly is significantly narrower in diameter than stock and can help with clearance issues with exhaust systems.

I bought my set up from Pantera Performance.  They were koni’s.  Dennis has been racing and restoring theses cars for a long time.  He can help you out and is very knowledgeable. Although I didn’t purchase my coil overs from PI Motorsports I have bought other things from them.  Jerry is great to deal with as well.  I am sure either vendor could help you out.

The Hall shocks are Aldans, a hot rod shock renowned for leaks, the large diameter spring rates were overkill and add unsprung weight. The vendors all have their own packages and know the cars well, but they all differ in opinion!

It all depends what you want to do with the car, I have QA1 shocks on my cars and happy with them for a great price, either single adjustable or double adjustable.
