Yes.

In general, if your Pantera does not boil over after shut down, the cooling is sufficient.

Stock gauges are notorious for not being accurate, and since most cars just have idiot lights, when a new owner actually sees temperatures for the first time on a gauge, fear starts to settle in.

Assuming you are using an IR temp gun for that reading?

The standard location for reading temp is with a sender installed in the block just below the thermostat. They came stock in the surge tank; not a good place. They should be moved to the block.
