look into the tech inventory..nice full explaination on the HOW.
well you need the Crome "frame"...at least Hall has them, as "recroming appears to be difficult at least my Web analysis.

I did rework 2 of the switches plus 1 new. After drilling the center "tube" I used one 2.5 mm screw per switch to recover the drill out, a bit of grinding was required to move it through the Dashboard frame (screw heads)...they work perfectly.
A trick is to use thin threads to hold the "moving part" against the little spring when your put them back in place.
No issue on the pannel switches . (if you need have a mail id from Retro Classic in Stuttgart this montnh, from an Italian seller 70€ each..(Alfa Rome parts)

I had more issue on the LUCAS stuff wiper and washer..hard to do and plastic is very fragile .. but sprayed the crome part as fully gone in black and added LEDS glued in .. so the best I could do ..not willing to spend 50 Quit each..

I think you know the Lucas wiper and washer equipment is used on ALL triumph TR6 cars.

There is a specialist near my home if you need anything just ask, and they are not "Pantera" super prices.

that was very good information.and the only thing that gave me a fright was the Tap, over here to buy one costs £39.

but I of have a 2Xmm one which I am hoping will do the business.

I find it strange that I have had no reply from "King" who has some switches but hasn't replied to my post, very odd. I t does tend to make you wonder if prices should remain secret?

well you can use any "small screw.." even a nail. I did hammer a 2 mm brass screw flat so it did stick in the little brass pipe. Good enough, also 2 component glue does help..

Pantera Electronics has some really nice replacement rocker switches.

..nice but ...70 USD ...20% VAT plus shipment in Europe that is the issue...hence app 100 USD/each..
(spent already soa lot on VAT for a full rebuild of 4907)

we need European source (NOT following Trump's theam here) the rockers are mostly Alfa Romeo.= Italy.
