Dented Floor Pans

Had the same issue when I bought my car and used your BFH method (rubber) and it worked perfectly. They went back into shape and you can't even tell they had been mishapen.

Just look for the BFH sign as soon as you walk in.

The BFH will work on aluminum rims too. On my first drive to vegas, I hit a rock in a construction zone and bent one of my new billet rims. Larry stock was not going to pass me in tech for the track day with a dent on the rim. So with many people watching, I took out a BFH and hit the rim about 5 times really hard. The dent was gone and I drove on the track.

Just another example of why crazy dave is crazy.

Are there any creases in the metal?

You work dents out opposite of how they were made. So, start on the edges and work your way in. Lots of hits, gently. Sharp, quick blows not bludgeoned. You don't need or want a real heavy hammer. See:

Thanks for all the help. I bought a 16 oz. rubber mallet at Home Depot. I was amazed at how easily the dents came out. There weren't any creases in the metal. Thanks again.
