what is the difference in the 351C and 351W, On the windsor what would need to be changed to make it work in a 83 Pantera GT5 ? Can reply here or my Email kenny199@charter.net. Thanks

It's certainly possible and there has been a lot of discussion about this on this site.
Use the Find tool to have a look at the previous discussions. Pantera suppliers like PI Motorsports, Hall Pantera etc supply Windsor based motors for Pantera - so they could probably supply everything you need.
