Is there such a thing as a gasket that goes behind the door handle bucket?
I'm having both my doors repainted because of cracks around the door handles. I know some can be made, just seeing if any are available?

There isn't a gasket behind the plastic cup.
In fact the rear of the plastic cup is designed to go into the hole first, and the cup sort of clips in at the rear of the hole before the 2 bolts are used to secure it firmly. There is no room for a gasket.

I looked and I've seen that one was not original, but I think it needs one. Just wondering if they are available.
There isn't a gasket between the door handle bucket and the body panel. If your handle doesn't fit you should check if it is original, or if the door has changed shape. They should fit snug all around.
