Emergency hazard light

I don't know if my wording/spelling is correct.
I am looking ( for my GR4 street replica VIN 3679) for the red "pushbutton" that is on the left of the dashboard, commanding the 4 emergency side lights alltogether... Mine is very old, and keeps on blinking.

New or second hand, providing it works. Without it, I cannot pass through tech control in Belgium.

I just replaced mine with a new unit from here:

It is from a '72 BMW 2002. 8 pin with resistor. # 61 31 1 356 193 .

About $50.

My blinkers would not turn off either until I pulled the hazard switch apart and rebuilt it. There is a nice article on doing this at the following link: www.banzairunnerpantera.com.

Besides there not being a lot of room under the dash it to get the switch out, it was an easy and inexpensive fix. I hope this helps.

Mine is equipped with a Hella hazard switch

Meant to be build-in, but should come with an additional support too. I've been thinking about buying one myself for spare.

This model is still of an old design, but unsure whether you want to look your car as old as you, or somewhat younger...lol

In the latter case, better go for a more recent design.
