I know this subject has been covered repeatedly but. Does anyone have pictures of the fabricated brackets used to attach the Fan to the radiator?

Which radiator do you have?
Here's an old photo of my flex-a-lites mounted on the Fluidyne radiator. Basically just some U brackets I fabricated to sit around the radiator top and bottom. I powder coated them and mounted with a dense foam pad inside to prevent chafing. Others have done some much neater jobs with billet brackets.
I also used some spacers to mount the fans just off the radiator a bit. I read soemwhere that the fan blade should be about 1.5" from the radiator surface to get good efficiency of pulling air.
