Flywheel, new and balanced

I have a new flywheel that came with my Pantera. The previous owner purchased a single disk clutch and this flywheel is for a double disk. I'm no expert on the flywheel just want to see if anyone needs one. I was told it's worth $300?

Here's a picture, sorry i couldn't get it to load the first try. I'm not sure on the double vs single clutch, just what the previous owner told me.
