Thanks for all of your hard work, I've been looking forward to this part of the fun rally!

I can't make it to Vegas until Saturday so I will miss the Fremont display. Will there be a place where people not participating in the track events at Pahrump will have their cars on display on Saturday or even Sunday - like maybe a section of the parking lot cordoned off for P-cars?

There is the standard Pantera parking which is blocked off and only people with the Fun Rally badges can enter that area because of security. But I have not heard any one else picking up the Saturday Car show. Poca was looking for one of the clubs to sponsor that and to my knowledge no one has stepped up.

Has there been a security issue before that the viewing area is not open to the public?

I think that is more about not having someone with a suv park next to your car, or someone who isn't careful and dings your car etc.. Since most Pantera owners are going to be much more aware of other guys cars, and making sure that they do not damage another car. Also the security keeping others out is just a precaution, so that nothing is bothered or stolen. I am not aware of any security issues in the past because we have always had security. The last year we were at the Plaza, I stayed over till Monday and the security was ended Sunday noon. And when I came out Monday morning someone had stolen my stainless expansion/overflow tanks. But other than that I do not know of any other problems.
