In the US it would be Wilkinson or Hall. Hall HAD their own stock of original parts.

In Europe I would think you need to talk to Roland Jackle in Germany. He bought out what parts the factory had left.

I see Wilkinson does not show the fenders on his web catalog but I would ask him anyway.

Hall still advertises ALL original parts in stock.
Not that I would want to be the one to do it, but honestly a front fender should not be that hard to make. A good fabricator should be able to make a fender, probably for less $$$ than a used one. And with no rust or accident damage that you would have to cut or hammer out from a used one. A good resto shop would have a guy on an English wheel and a metal stretcher pounding one out rather quickly.
