Gauges not working oil, water & fuel

OK guys heres my problem and it started when I rebuilt the top end of my motor and after putting it back togehter when I fired the car I had no gauges working except amp, shut off the car and check wires -they seemed to be fine. Fired the car again about 3-4 times and the only guage that works is the amp guage, but when I turn on my running lights the oil pressure gauge starts to work very slowly and the water & fuel gauge still doesnt wok.

Is this a ground issue or some other problem, as I a new Owner to the Pantera and any help would be appreciated

Go to the fuse panel--take off the cover--twist all the fuses in the box to clean the connections--your problem is most likely solved--temporarily. Bad connections at the old factory fuses is probably your problem.

pantera 7367 thx for info work great but now I find my horns has a mind of its own-works when it wants too-just like a women- just kidding-maybe ?

Try some electical cleaner on the horn stalk (turnsignal)--spray it and work it into the contacts--it might work or not--maybe your horn is intermittant too--you can check for voltage at the horn when you press the stalk to confirm the switch is working. If you have voltage at the horn then the switch is OK--it must be the horn that is the problem. Clean the contacts on the horn and see if this might solve the problem. Put 12 volts directly to the horn to verify the horn is working!!!
