The "NV is a low tax state" quote may be a bit misleading as any purchaser will need to pay the relevant taxes in the state they live or register it. Even if registered in NV if purchased from a dealer (which I assume Larry is) the state will take 7.735% on top of the purchase price, that's $5K in taxes. That said used cars sales between private individuals are not subject to tax in NV, so there may be a way to work it if Larry is selling on consignment and there is no dealer reassignment.

I've seen this car close up and inspected it and can provide some further input if anyone is considering it.
