I've had two sets of Mr. Gasket header gaskets fail. Got a set of NAPA header gaskets, and they held on the 9 hour drive home from the Vegas track event. They are a heavy guage almost black asbestos material, and I hope it solves this issue for me. I have stock GTS headers with the individual flanges at the ends, ie. no one piece flange at the four tube, rather mine have four individual thubes with no interconnecting flange. The front passenger side header tube kept failing at the cylinder head. Not anymore. I have a set of FelPro in my garage I haven't looked at yet, so I'm unsure if they are the thick gasket material. The Mr. Gasket gaskets were thin white 'papery' gaskets.
Check your favorite performance shop such as Barnett, JEG'S, Summit. I have a set of locking header bolts. The locks are teardrop shaped aluminum tabs about 1 1/2" long that have a hex hole that goes over the bolt head and the point rests against the header so the bolt can not turn. The bolt heads have snap ring grooves in them. The locks are held on the bolt heads with snap rings.

My gaskets are thick and black. I think they also have copper seals around each port. IIRC they were labeled as Boss 302 gaskets. I do not remember the brand. Local go fast Ford guy picked them up for me.
