He does it because he wants your money. I saw a news article regarding computer scams. They observed a shop somewhere in Africa where there are rows and rows of teenagers at computers. Some guy has them running various computer scams. When one scam is uncovered, they go to another one. The "manager" is very wealthy. I'm sure someone is feeding him the scams and updating them to make them more difficult to trace. By the way there is a sign on the door of the shop stating that computer piracy will not be tolerated. And of course the local law enforcement won't touch them.
