Holley only made one 4 barrel carburetor configured & jetted out of the box for individual runner carburetion, the list 6214 Dominator. These were the carbs used on the 1969 Trans Am Mustangs. You're looking at the top end of my next motor, a pair of 6214 Holleys bolted directly to the lower half of a Weiand tunnel ram. Rather than using quad Webers, this is the American Hot Rodder way to do individual runner carburetion. Marlin Jack should approve.

The foundation of the motor shall be one of Tod Buttermore's alloy blocks, with 4.125" bores. It'll have an aftermarket crank with a 3.75" stroke, therefor the displacement shall be 402 cubic inches. CHI 4V heads are selected because they are the only alloy heads with 4V sized ports needed to mate with the 4V sized runners of the tunnel ram. Compression ratio will be set at 10.0:1. I'll have a hydraulic roller cam ground to my specs, which will seek to mimic the powerband of a Boss motor, i.e. a mildly burbling idle, lots of vacuum, wide flat torque curve, peak torque at 4000 rpm, peak bhp at 6000 rpm, over rev to 7000 rpm. I don't have a horsepower goal, but I suspect it will fall in the 450 BHP range.

The motor is conservative, with reliability and drivability my two major concerns. After I retire from my weekday job I'll be taking my act on the road, putting a lot of miles on the Pantera traveling around the US and Canada. The wild looking induction system is there strictly for curb appeal.
I tried to find a pic of it...but the outlaw class drag racers go with a individual runner setup. They use half of a four barrel and place it over the runners to provide better power and throttle response. Art Morrision came up with the idea and that was the setup he was testing when he was killed in his Pro Stock Camaro. He had taken two dominators and cut them in half!!
