Casting the net out again - Looking for a '71 instrument courtesy light if anyone's got one lying about they don't need. No idea what they look like as I've just got a hole where it used to be.

OR - if someone's got a photo of what they should look like I'll see if I can find something that could be similar....

The light in the photo may be from a Fiat 124 but it's not even close to the OEM lamp. The OEM lamp does not have a switch built into it and it's held in place by two small screws. They haven't been available for decades as they were a DeTomaso only item, as far as I know. Fiat 850 map lights are close but a bit larger. I'd call Steve Wilkinson. Last time I spoke with him about them, he was considering having some made.
Hi David - also thanks!

Being stupidly new to this scene I'm still learning the who's who and what's what of Detomaso land - Where or who does Steve work for so I can get in touch? If there are new ones being made that'd be awesome, otherwise does someone have a photo of an OEM one about so I can perhaps look in to getting something close myself?
Well, there may be a difference between early '71 and later '72 dashes then. I have 3 early '71 two-pod dashes sitting in my garage (from chasis #1267, #1395 and #1508), and they all have the same light as in the picture. Maybe they changed them later.

The Picture is from my car #1267 that still have it's all original interior
As far as I know (or thought I knew), all Panteras use the same console illumination lights. Looking through the parts catalogs, I only see one part number listed for all years (13022A), even though the location and number of lights changed from year to year. Perhaps the very early cars had a different light that isn't shown in the parts books.

I tried to buy some of these directly from DeTomaso in the mid '90's but was told they hadn't had any for approximately five years.
