The price includes shipping within the continental US. I will ship to Canada and overseas for whatever the additional charge is.

The $53 price includes shipping within the US. No additional charge for going to Texas, no matter how big it is.

If you want to pay with paypal the total price is $54.86. If you want to mail the payment I will provide the mailing address off-line.

Nothing has been removed from the panel.
