I don't have a console, but I like the switches with the black bezels instead of the chrome plated plastic. Did you buy them that way, or sand and paint your OEM switches yourself. I see the window switches are obviously not OEM, and mine are similar, and I'd like to replace my others. Any advice?
That's just an example of the console I'm looking for, mine current console is pictured below. However my switches are similiar to the example and believe them to be the standard for later cars (GT5/GT5S). I'd think all vendors carry these switches

a) You are correct in that those switches are OEM for the late model cars - GT5, GT5-S, et al
b) If you don't get a reply (and it is entirely likely that you don't - I don't know if spares exist??) then you may want to consider having one custom-made. I had custom made inserts for my door made, and they wouldn't have been terribly expensive had I not asked for the DeTomaso logo to be included. The wood panels on my 5-S had faded, so I disassembled the panels and brought them to a place that does custom veneer work. They did a great job, so I had them do the same thing with the little wood insert that goes behind the ashtray assembly (with the DeTomaso logo as well)
A little carpentry shop should be able to duplicate it fairly easily. I bet it will be easier to have a panel custom made than to remove all the gauges, mark the wires, and hook them all up again!

Initially I assumed you were referring to the whole console, but now I think you are referring to the gauge panel correct?
The vendors all sell the burlwood veneer kits to update your dash, gauge panel and door trims if you want.
Here's the Proformance one as an example;

If it is a full console you need then they also sell bare fiberglass gauge and center consoles.

After seeing the vendor prices, I feel a little better about what I paid to have the door panels reproduced locally. One advantage of having them made yourself is that you can select the type of wood and the exact color.
If you buy just the gauge panel as Julian states, you may have color, texture, or grain issues (they may not match what is installed in the rest of the car). Food for thought.

You guys are correct - I'm looking for a panel only - gauges, etc work perfectly.
Charlie is correct in that it's probably cheaper to have someone make them as well as match the color more closely to the other wood trim. But I was thinking someone out there might have a factory console that would match the main dash panel reasonably close.
I had the same stainless on the doors, replaced them with wood but stupidly didn't do the console panel at the same time, and now that man is out of business. oh well - he wasn't the only wood guy in world....

At the risk of hijacking the thread, here's what my door panels looked like. They were probably more attractive when new, but they looked faded.

Here's a panel I had made up locally. They let me chose the grain as well as the color. There are all kinds of choices of grain - I think I went with walnut but would have to look. I've thrilled with the look. They also let you choose the gloss. Too glossy and it looks like plastic. I like the slightly matte finish - it makes it look like WOOD (which is what it is!)
