Leaks

I just purchased an 72 Pantera. Today is was raining, and I opened my glove box to find a pool of water. I was told by the dealer I got the car from that all the gaskets have been changed. Do these cars have issues with leaks?

One possibility is that you have excessive rust at the base of the windshield where it meets the fender causing the gasket to leak. This is a common rust prone area as can be seen on the diagram from Mike Dailey's site here.
