After marking the handles in a more comfortable lifting position, (instead of that spread eagle/back cracking/lift both sides, or finding someone to "help" by ripping up their side's top rubber molding) I drilled those small marked holes in the 'glass tub and used the washers to spread the load underneath, to now make that otherwise awkward removing/installing the tub a much easier one person task, even when it's partially filled.
I will readily admit to seeing/stealing this idea from #3189, so this one might have been around NorCal for quite a while, but I love 'em.........
