Looks terrific. I want to know how you can strip it bare, paint it and put it back together so fast? Do you strip it to metal or just rough it up before spray? Mine is getting so beat up by gravel, I am going to have to paint it sooner than I thought

looks great with out bumper . I fixed my bumper but, after sitting in the sun it crack. wanted to keep stock look but can't bring by self to pay $ 700.00 plus for new one . I think I will remove bumper like you did.
Stock look, or stone-stock? Most of the vendors including Kirk Evans in Ohio close to you, make fiberglas copies of the L bumpers (both front and rear), quite reasonably priced. They come in flat black color, actually look better than the usual wavy rubber bumper, mount identically to stock and remove about 35 lbs off the nose of the car. I run both on Judy's L-model.
