I believe some of the early cars used a cooling system configuration like this....

In Finland you can get mini license plates they fit precise ! They have smaller letters and without EU mark at the end, But only if the normal don't fit !
I have a spare rear end from doors back its a GT5 with the big license opening, So i have thought about it but it is better with the small because they come in pairs so it looks better in the front with small license plate

Yes also in The Netherlands we have small license plates , yellow on the modern cars and blue on the classic cars.
Only alowed when there is no space for the big plates.

Amazing metal work. We always apply 2 coats of epoxy over all bare metal. I like the Southern Polurethane Inc. products.
Kim, it's an ITALIAN sportscar! Red is the national color and really pops in the sunlight.
