Paul Donderwinkle, owner of the famous Carroll Shelby Dodge-powered #9262, lives in Waharoa (see POCA Profiles 2016 #1 and Hot Rod Magazine May 1986). Paul is a real De Tomaso pro, having run a specialty De Tomaso repair shop in the UK and also prepared and raced a couple of De Tomasos.
