Hey guys

I've got a set of Oliver forged connecting rods I'm going to be listing on eBay in a week. I thought I'd give my Pantera brethren first shot.

The rods are used. They are 4340 forged steel I-beam Chevy rods, 6" long; the big ends have been narrowed for 351 Ford applications (2.100" rod journal, using Clevite CB1227 bearings). They are a matched set weighing 682 grams each. The caps are doweled and held on by 12 point 7/16" cap screws. The rods are bushed for floating pins. Although they are used, the rods look new except for the the bushings which show signs of use. The bushings are generally in OK shape, but I can feel grooves in two of them when I run my finger over them. So I'd recommend new bushings for the pins.

I'm going to list them on eBay with a buy-it-now of $495 (plus shipping). Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Made in USA at a Chinese price!
