it amazes me what people bid on certain panteras. the bid is up to 30k and it looks like a rust bucket.why not just spend 60k and get a nice one...just my 2 cents...

How does anyone bid on an ebay car unless its a complete steal/gamble?? I'll take a chance on a $300 buy but not a $30k buy.

I agree, that car is a huge risk. Replaced floors and rockers is a sign of rust issues in other areas as well. I wouldn't bid on it without a proper inspection.

The color is really cool though

Reading the actual E-Bay ad, he says he thinks the speedo went past 100K, or was changed. The written description seems accurate for the photos shown, and appears to be what it is- a partially restored driver/project car, for 30K less than an auction-queen. Buyers could do worse but they better be familiar with monococque bodywork!
