(sorry Larry)

Well I missed your photo, but I also missed the sit-and-idle while they tried to get all the cars parked 'just right'.

Sadly, that 'just right' direction-giving had a PCNC member directed into a light pole, adding a two foot body accent line that Modena did not intend. Frowner

John's damn near all stock lime green Pantera - on the right row at the rear - was the subject of much admiration throughout the Fun Rally.

The PR firm for the new De Tomaso company spent an absurd amount of time taking photos of John's car, even having him take his key off the keyring and placing it in the door lock.

It was great meeting John in person. I expect we will continue to see him, wife Kathy and 1490 much more in the coming years.

The PR camera crew even wanted to know if I had the original cigarette lighter (I had my GPS power cord plugged into it). I retrieved it from the door pocket, they placed it into the receptacle, and took pics.

The crew took an insane number of close-up pics (like 2" away) of trim corners, badges, window glass markings....just to name a few. I think that they took enough pics to build a car!

They also took quite a few pics of several other cars, one of which was another SDP member.

Here is the crew taking video and audio as we left the plaza.

Cool photo's and a great event.

The film crew went on the Friday 'Spirited Drive' to Bassets on the back roads. Spirited being the operative word as Mike Drew photographed his GPS showing 131 mph! (of course this was a professional driver on a closed course Wink).

The cameraman was harnessed and hanging out the crew vehicle with the camera inches from the road and having us rocket up behind and blast past. I'm looking forward to seeing some of that video!
