This is a great way to acquire a Pantera IMO, you can see what you are getting for a chassis and it's a blank canvas. Projects like this often create a bidding war and disproportionate sales price as a lot of potential owners still trying to get in at the low end.
It’s certainly worth the $7300 it’s at now.

I'm with Joules on this one. This one could be a great car when its done. Nothing I didn't already do to my car. It took one year from disassembly to first drive. I have a feeling the $7,300 price wont last long. The ZF is worth that alone.
7300 was a steal but 44k might be getting to the other end of the spectrum
