R134a Phase Out

I was looking into getting some cans of R134a from FleaBay, and saw a number of retailers will not ship to California. We have a recent regulation that requires the more expensive cans with a different tap and $10 deposit!

In digging deeper into the regulation I found out that R134a is targeted for complete phase out by 2020. The phase is starting in 2015. Fair warning, and advise to stock up now! Remember when the removal of R12 blind sided the automotive DYI community, but that was before the internet
