??? Radiator grills all same size?

All,

Are the early (with mounting studs) and the late (with sheet metal screws) radiator grills the same size?

I …think… I’ve heard the very first pushbutton cars had a different sized grill.

I am getting differing feedback regarding early versus late grill sizes.
