I just R&R'd mine through a belt sander and made them round again. Most vendors carry modern replacements, although I think there was some discussion on the e-mail list as to the brass ones being too loose and floating around. IIRC Delrin ones were supposed to be better and some owners had used springs through the center.

If you can find a piece of delrin bar or tube stock it would be pretty easy to cut your own.

I built my own out of "bearing grade" nylon. The stick cost my under $5. I found the specs for the dimensions from this thread -
