I am having a radiator built for my car, the very professional and thorough fabricator has asked me if I prefer a single or dual pass core. Has anyone used a single pass? I have seen one, however it was a photo and I could not interview it's owner?... Of course, I'm thinking a dual pass would cool nicely. But, I just want to know if anyone has any exp. to add..??.. Thanks..

When I purchased my car in 1977, it had a stock radiator that had been converted to a single pass design. The car ran hot with this design and when I had it converted back to the stock two pass design, it ran much cooler. I am currently using a three pass aluminum lay down radiator with fans on the back. That seems to do the best job for me.
