Thanks Guys! Using 10.9 upgrade bolts with new nylon lock nuts, and the one no- hex original bolt. I noticed my driver side 2 new bolts had come loose after recent inspection and not sure why. I did a complete rebuilt last year and know I torqued them to at least 40 and the passenger side was ok. That's why I asked about the blue lock-tite as well. I don't think it can hurt.

Thanks David.  Funny that only my new nuts were loose though, and only on the drivers side. After thinking about that, and looking at everything I realized my i( I think) my issue is I used flanged nuts, and the bolt threads do not extend past the nut, just flush. The threads are not engaged enough on the nylon lock, so they come loose.  I believe the original nuts did not use a washer? I'm going to replace them with new nuts that are not flanged & torque them to 45. Maybe use some blue loctite as well.
