Try Ron McCall.
GP headers will build you anything that you want. My headers started out as the big bore headers, then modified, then were used as a template to make the finished product.

Don't copy the Hall Big Bore headers. The # cylinder tube needs to be flattened because it is up against the gas tank.
We didn’t copy them, but we started with them. We rearranged some of the tubes on the drivers side, increased the tube size from 1 3/4” primaries to a stepped 1 7/8 - 2” primary. Increased collector size to 3”, then ran 3” exhaust pipes. No tubes had to be flattened and the tubes are not touching the gas tank shield.

I heard the Big Bore design began its life as a boat header (Mastercraft /Ski Nautique)? Can anyone confirm or deny?

I never understood why the big bore headers were called that. The collectors are pretty small.
Because Gary Hall was a showman and a marketing genius!
