Years ago (October of 2012), I visited Larry Stock's "Pantera Parts Connection" in Carson City NV. He had a set of steel fender flares hanging up on display.
I assume he still has the ability to fabricate more.
Should be easy to check, anyway.

You just need the fronts to match an existing rear set?
The steel fender flares are notoriusly bad productions by many of thr vendors, I believe that Dennis Quella has the best ones.
I retunred a steel set to Larry they needed more work than startng from scratch.
