My low temp thermo fan sensor/switch has failed and the usual vendors no longer keep the original replacements. So I guess the alternative would be an adapter like the one pictured so that I can fit more modern threaded sensors? And if that is correct is there an adapter commercially available and where can I get it? And yes I have the factory radiator and do not want to change it and want to keep everything relatively stock. As best I can anyway.

My stock sensor looks like this Jaguar Sensor except with two spade connectors.
