Not that I know of, but the thread is so close to 1/2-20 SAE even though it's metric that a SAE nut will hand thread onto a stock tierod as a jam nut. The stud has a 7 degree Ford taper, used on many cars world-wide.

If you decide to use heim joints with a tapered/straight steering stud, be sure to use neoprene heim joint dust seals on both sides of the ball, or a Mangusta-style boot. PLEASE do not be a complete barbarian and drill out the stock taper! The next owner will curse you forever when he finds out how much replacement stock steering arm forgings cost.
