I have made all of the modifications called for in the Swirl type system. The Fluidyne is next. I have a couple of symple questions.

1) What do I do with the brackets and the mounting surface the radiator sits on? Is there a type of isolator that is angled so the radiator bottom sits flat and has enough surface area to properly support it.
2) What is everyone using for coolant temperature switches that fit the 22mm bungs in the tank? Is it best to have one lower temperature(?). One for Higher temperatures?
3)Who's Fan Controler is best for using 2 sensors, one for cooler single fan operation and the both fans. Should I go with one sensor and just run both fans?
4) How or what do you use to make the 90 degree bend coming off the coolant tubes?

I used the factory mounting points and new grommets (Wilkinson's). Even with the rad angled forward another 20° it worked fine. The rad itself has some "feet" brackets on the base so support is a non-issue really.

I'm using the high and low temp sensors as supplied by Wilkinson to fill the holes in the rad. I only have the "low" wired as my early car has the second fan on a dash-mounted switch.

Well, you could use the one made by Pantera Electronics, but the factory system seems to work fine for the most part.

Yeah, that can be a pain, but if you angle forward like I did, some extra steel angle pipes (standard bends) and short hoses hold it all together pretty well and just fit. I can't understand why Fluidyne doesn't make these rads with welded-on 90° bends like the originals have. It would makes things a LOT simpler.

You didn't mention fans, but I have used the Flex-a-lite dual sucker fans (model 440) which are a perfect fit.
