Has anyone found that there advertised rocker ratio's were different? I have a set of Comp Cams 1.7 roller rockers and have found them to be a 1.613 ratio. This is fine as it put me at a .600" lift, just were I wanted to be.

I have heard they can be slightly different, but I wouldn't think that much.

did you include the tappet clearance ?

indicator reading's @ each lift spot on rocker.
ie the push rod socket divided into the the valve stem total movement, zero lash as the clearance would give you a erroneous measurement,just to put this in reality, its a cunt hair over a 1/16".

Was any special machining required to use those springs, or were they plug-n-play? I would be interested in what exactly was involved in converting to those springs. My block comes back from the machine shop in a couple of weeks and I'm thinking about installing beehive springs in my Edelbrock heads - just trying to get a feel for what I need to do to make them work.
