It bends easily 'cause its hollw and the horn button goes thru the center, goes out into the wiring loom, wanders around the car and comes back, to penetrate the stalk and be soldered on the opposite side. They often bend where the wire goes thru the sides, and bending cracks the solder. If your horn button suddenly stops working, try pushing in on the wire while holding a soldering iron to the opposite side. If you're lucky, this reflows the existing solder.
