Well guys, it's been a crazy busy several weeks, but I finally got the Pantera on the dyno. For the first couple of pulls I left it at base boost (6psi). The first pull the tires were cold, and it spun pretty hard. The second pull netted a tad over 520hp at 6200rpm and still climbing. With the new cam, it clearly wants more rpm, so I bumped up the limiter, and turned up the boost to 14psi. This is all on 91 Octane pump gas. The car is set up for flex fuel, so I can run any mix of pump and E85, but I will need to swap out my injectors for some 1200cc's first before heading that direction. So, at 14psi, she woke up pretty good! Smiler Unfortunately the clutch started slipping, so I need to address that. It looks like it just needs adjusted a bit, but I ran out of time for today. I might sneak down tomorrow and adjust it for another rip.... It did hit close to 800 through the slipping clutch, so the new setup is definately making more power! Enjoy!

It's an offset grind stroke to 3.77 c.i. Aus 2v ported cylinder heads, weind intake (modified for injection ofcourse), cometic head gasket, ARP hardware, Manley Rods, J.E. Pistons, 10 to 1 compression, 90mm Tbody, T66 turbo's (I have the cam card in my office, I'll try and post that up later. Engine wise, it's nothing special. It use to be a nitrous engine that I converted. I LOVE the way it sounds at idle...came out really nice!

Pretty impressive! I have a friend here in Atlanta running big HP twin turbos. It seems like the turbos muffle and change the exhaust note quite a bit even though he is running 3” exhaust and straight though mufflers. He is running 335/35 Kumhos, they stick pretty well but don’t last very long.

He hasn’t driven it for over a year because he blew an exhaust manifold gasket and it is a major pain to change with all the turbo pluming.

The way I layed mine out, I could change an exhaust manifold gasket in about 20 minutes! Smiler
