Hi Joe....

(Based on my experience with the modified cooling system that you are jumping off from, and has been discussed here regularly...)

 

The way George’s (or Carroll Smith’s) design works is that it bleeds the air that is trapped in the system INITIALLY. 

Once you run your car for more than an hour, the system is bled, and there is no additional air introduction into your cooling system.

You will see the system stabilize, by your measurements of the fluid in the overflow tank, and then you’re done for a year until you change your coolant the next time.
